Does an enquiry reserve our date?
No. The booking team confirms availability, the scope and the next steps personally. A date is not reserved just by completing this form.
How does the enquiry reach the team?
When direct delivery is available, the form sends through the secure website endpoint. Otherwise it prepares an email for you to send to the booking team. The form tells you which option is in use.
